Set Up BW-Voice for Bainosaur World!

BW-Voice pairs your in-game identity with Mumble so players nearby can hear each other naturally. Set it up once, link your account, then join the correct voice server when you play.

Install Mumble

Download and install the Mumble voice client first. BW-Voice uses Mumble to handle positional audio.

Add the BW-Voice Plugin

Download the BW-Voice Mumble plugin installer, run it, enable it in Mumble, and turn off any other The Isle proximity plugins that may conflict.

Join the Bainosaur Mumble Server

Use the Mumble server voice.bainosaur.win.

Link Your Game Account

In game, run !verify in the chat box. You will be given a unique code. In the Mumble interface, type !verify YOURUNIQUECODE. This connects your character to your voice identity.

Test Proximity Voice

Once linked, speak normally. Nearby players should be clearer and louder, while distance lowers volume automatically.

Connection Tips

  • Always use the Mumble server that matches Bainosaur World.
  • You should not need to link again unless your identity or install changes.
  • If nobody is audible, check plugin activation, microphone input, and conflicting plugin settings first.
